Check permissions

Usually problems are caused by application being unable to access certificates of keys.

Check firewall

Ensure there is no firewall or other software blocking the connection.

Test ssl connection from command terminal

openssl s_client -connect localhost:5671 -cert client/cert.pem -key client/key.pem \
  -CAfile testca/cacert.pem

Or without client certificate

openssl s_client -connect localhost:5671 -CAfile /etc/ssl/certs/ca_server.pem

The same for lets encrypt

openssl s_client -connect localhost:5671 -CAfile /etc/letsencrypt/live/zibawa.com/chain.pem
openssl s_client -connect dashboard.zibawa.com:443 -CAfile /path to/fullchain.pem
